Robbie Smith is Executive Vice President – Self Storage and oversees the performance of the company’s Drive-Up Storage owned and managed portfolio.  Robbie brings over a decade of experience in the self-storage and broader retail industry. His journey began with Storage Asset Management (SAM), where he cultivated valuable experience in hands-on storage management, progressing to District Manager and subsequently to Director of Key Accounts, where he successfully oversaw 250+properties, managing an annual revenue exceeding $200 million.  Robbie also spearheaded multiple transformative processes, including the implementation of a cutting-edge KPI ranking tracking system, resulting in a significant 40% reduction in accounts receivables through collaborative efforts with Regional Directors.

In addition to his storage industry experience, Robbie brings a strong foundation of leadership experience gained during his years of service in the United States Marine Corps.
